The project is hoped to spark a development renaissance to bring back life into the town of Milltown. This is the first major project to come to the city in over 60 years.
The One Rector Street project is one of the first high-rise buildings built in Newark since 1960. It features 23 stories, 8,500 square feet of space, 169 units for retail shops and it is near the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. The project has over $65 million invested into it.
The Estates at Waverly Place is an ongoing project of luxury homes in Montgomery, NJ. There are currently seven estates that are constructed and they have several undeveloped lots that are available for purchase. One Spring Street is a 25 story building of luxury apartments in New Brunswick, New Jersey. There are 121 residential units in the tower, as well as swimming pools, health clubs and a public roof deck. There is private security at the door with concierge service. The building was finished in 2007 and has been selling or leasing apartments since.
The Albany Street Plaza has both offices and retail spaces by the train station in New Brunswick. The first tower was built in 1988 and the second tower was finally completed in 2004. The office space contains over 250,000 square feet of available space. The retail section contains 20,000 for small businesses. This is the first private urban development project in New Brunswick.
