Sheldon Lavin; Scaling the Heights of Global Expansion

With that in mind, the character of excellent astute leaders typically shows in the manner they interact with their employees alongside the fact that there is the need to effectively motivate employees to carry out the missions of the company. The success of the company can measure effective leadership. Speaking of which, one man that has carefully illustrated the impact of effective leadership in business is Sheldon Lavin, the CEO of OSI Group.

OSI Group is an American international firm dealing with the supply of meat-based products. First starting out as a boutique firm in Chicago, the company was first run by Otto and his sons. With time, Mr. Otto noted some changes in the development of the company as many clients needed his services as a food supplier. Moreover, the immigrants kept flocking to the city thereby creating more demand for food. Later into the years, he thought that it would be wise to employ a financial consultant who turned out to be Sheldon Lavin.
