Nutrimost is one of the top weight loss programs in the nation right now, but it does have rivals. In terms of helping people lose weight, the weight loss company Healthy Living claims almost everything that Nutrimost claims. In fact, it has directly copied Nutrimost in more ways than one.
This has led to a lawsuit because Healthy Living allegedly stole a promo video from the Nutrimost website and use it as their own. They put the video on their own website and only changed it to reflect their own “Can’t Lose” slogan. They even allowed the exact same Nutrimost customers to appear in their stolen video.
Nutrimost is naturally suing this company in a Manhattan Federal Court suit. They want $300,000 as a result of lost reputation and goodwill. Fortunately, Healthy Living was already forced to take the video down.
What Is Nutrimost?
Nutrimost is a weight loss system that promises men and women they will be able to lose between 20 and 45 pounds in only 40 days. The program does not use any sort of hormones, diet drugs, surgeries or prepackaged meals. Dr. Ray Wisniewski is the principal creator of the program, and he designed it so that none of these things were needed. Instead, he uses a form of “pastoral medicine.” This combines cutting edge science with scriptural health.
My Own Experience
Many people know that I have always been a thin person, but after having my third child, I seemed to blow up like a balloon. No matter how much I exercised and counted calories, I couldn’t lose the weight.
I was looking for something new to try when I found Nutrimost through a friend. It has been a saving grace for me, and it’s allowed me to lose 30 pounds in just under 40 days.
