To reserve one of our condos the please follow these simple steps:

  • Call or email to request the specific date and unit you wish to reserve.

  • We will email the rental agreement.  (See our sample contract)

  • Complete the guest info section of the rental agreement mail it to us with the security deposit.  

  • The security deposit IS NOT applied to the rental amount and is refunded via check once the condo is
    cleaned and inspected after your departure.

  • Keys will be picked up at the front desk at Mountain Lodge or the On Site Rental Office in Myrtle Beach.

  • Upon your departure, please follow the instructions provided with the arrival info.

  • We will mail the security deposit in full assuming there is no damage or missing items.

Please view the rental agreement in the spirit in which it is intended.  We believe a well informed guest will be
pleased that there are no "surprises".
